I Have a New Blog

I have a new blog that will walk my followers through my weight loss attempt.  My blog is called Melt Away the Pounds and the site is:

I hope you check in and encourage me once in awhile.  I am following a program called Ideal Protein.  Today is my first day and so far so good.  I am so full I have trouble getting all the food in.  I am told that women lose 3-5 lbs. per week.  I have two friends who collectively have lost 160 lbs.
