More Maggies - March Swap Kits

These are cards I made with the kits I got from the March kit swap.  Love these swaps. If you haven't participated you might want to consider it.  The kits are always fun.

New Maggies - March Card Swap Kits

This little cutie came from Linda Wilson. I added a gold doily and some roses from Wild Orchids;  I think she turned out beautifully.

This beauty came from Gail Zimbelman.  I do not have this image - isn't she cute.

I love the embossed pink cardstock and the butterfly border.

New Cards

I made three cards today.  One is for a friend for his anniversary; one is for a friend who lost her sister and the other is a card to send to a friend.

Happy St. Patrick's Day

Today is my son Cole's birthday.  He is 19 today.  Where has the time gone.  Unbelievable.  When I was expecting him I was given the due date of 3/19, which also happens to be the birthday of a very good friend, Ruthie.  At the time I was going for massages to my friend Candy.  She told me when I finally dilated to come back and she would do pressure point massage.  Well, I happened to go to the doctor on 3/16 and the doctor finally said you are dilated.  I of course called Candy and told her so she had me go in.  She did pressure points on my legs and yes, it did work.  I went into labor at 3 a.m. on March 17th and 4 hours later along came Cole.

They are the last two card swap kits from February.  The first one is from Tabitha Davis and the second one is from Doreen Clayton.  Thank you ladies.  I think they turned out adorable!

Teaser

I have two new cards to post but my camera died so I am waiting for it to charge.  My craft room is in disarray.  I had 3 pairs of little hands crafting with me this weekend.  The girls tried to clean up for me, which I appreciate, but now I can't find anything.  Their hearts were in the right place.  They wanted to help to thank me for letting them stamp.  I must say they are quite natural at coloring their images  Brook and Brittany both chose a Sugar Nellie to color and they turned out beautiful.  I know they had fun and I had fun stamping with them.  We are having another girl's weekend next weekend. I am picking up Hailey and Brooklyn after they get out of school - then we are coming home to scrap.

As soon as my camera is charged I will post my cards.  They are both February card swap kits.

Besties Challenge

Two New Magnolias

These are two cards I made from the February swap.

 The jewels are colored with Copic R89.  I was amazed at how easy it was to color the clear gems and how well it turned out.
